Capabilities And Value Added Services
Rockwin’s Fabrication setup provides a full range of welding, cutting, t-porting, and assembly operations for fabrication of pipe spools and equipments. Fabrication capabilities include Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel as common materials of fabrication. It is also geared to take up special material as well. The unit is capable of fabricating these materials in wide range of diameters and wall thickness.
Design
Rockwin System Group provides skid design services starting from conceptual stage, design to finished drawings. Complete electrical, instrumentation, and fabrication documentation are readily provided.
Fabrication
Skilled fitters and qualified welders do the fabrication and assembly work in fully laid out welding and assembly shop. In house Sand Blasting and Powder Coating booths are available in the workshop.
Programming and Controls
The control systems for the skids built, are provided along with all necessary instrumentation, PLC programming together with required Skid Automation Software. This generally includes all DATA output from the skid for the Main DCS and SCADA.
Testing
All skid systems are full tested at our facility for proper field operations.
Start-up
Startup assistance is available for satisfactory skid operations.
Training.
Training facilities are provided for customer operators on the operation and maintenance of the skid and its sub systems
